SATLA 2020 Essay Prize
We established the SATLA Essay Prize to offer current JD students at the University of Melbourne a new and interesting way to engage with SATLA and with a topic of particular academic interest related to science, technology and law. The winning essay, written by second year JD student Sophie Michell, is a timely response to COVID-19 examining the rational utilisation of pharmaceuticals during a public health crisis.
